How is the price of legal assistance determined?

Fees are determined based on the scope and complexity of the legal service. Before starting the work, we agree on the fee structure and explain any potential additional costs. The initial case assessment is free of charge.

Does No Win No Fee mean that I have no costs at all?

Under a full success-fee arrangement, the firm’s legal fee depends on achieving the outcome specified in the agreement. Court fees and other procedural costs may also arise, and responsibility for these costs will be agreed separately. The availability and terms of a success-fee arrangement are assessed before the cooperation begins.
